Kniesel’s originated in the 1960’s through the vision of Richard Kniesel. Richard’s core values of complete dedication to the highest quality repair and unsurpassed service for his customers has provided the foundation upon which the company has grown and flourished.
Through the support of our community and business partners, the business continued to expand and Richard Kniesel opened the very first ‘Kniesel’s Collision’ in 1968. His wife Lilo and each of his five children joined him at the shop daily. Together, they worked to ensure that each customer enjoyed the kind of service experience for which Kniesel’s has become known. This commitment to stellar customer service has become synonymous with the Kniesel name. Their devotion to their employees, as well as to their customers, has created one of Sacramento’s finest models of servant leadership.
As Kniesel’s Collision continues to grow, we remain strongly rooted in our family’s founding core values: integrity, trust, quality and servant leadership. Kniesel’s has been blessed with the opportunity to expand their operations, including locations in Rocklin (2003), Natomas (2008), Shingle Springs (2012), Downtown Sacramento (2012), and, most recently, Sacramento – X Street in the spring of 2015.
